>Payment Terms:
>All amounts are due in US dollars. Additional costs may occur when converting from other currencies or paying with a foreign credit card.

>Promotions:
>Stays of 3 nights will receive up to $500 in resort credits.
Stays of 4 nights will receive up to $750 in resort credits.
Stays of 5-8 nights will receive up to $1500 in resort credits.
Stays of 9-11 nights will receive up to $2000 in resort credits.
Stays of 12 nights or more will receive $2500 in resort credits.

>By Government disposition starting April 01, 2012, a charge will be added to any of the services and products from the Resort Credit Promotion. During 2014 ,the charge will be sixteen (16)% can be added to any of the Resort credit Promotion services and products. It may change every year. This must be paid when making reservations or acquiring any services and products, through the authorized payment type at the moment.

>For Transportation Services:
>Roundtrip airport transfers are included only when travelling (7 nights or more).
>For 3 to 6 night reservations transfer in not included please send your request to quote and book your airport transfers at same email address.
>All guests are responsible for booking their transfers. Failure to do so may result in the transportation not being provided.
>You may arrange your transfers by contacting transfercancun@palaceresorts.com , at least 14 days prior to arrival. *If transfers are not booked according to the information above a credit or refund will not be provided for private transportation. No exceptions will be made.

>Individual Room Reservations & Policies:
>Reservations will require full payment at the time of booking. Any rooms reserved after the 90 days prior period is subject to availability.
>Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa, AMEX credit card valid up to date of departure.
>Attendees will be charged full amount of total stay at time of booking.
>Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival a one night deposit charge will apply.
>Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. We require full amount payment of individual guest accounts prior departure. The Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travellers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.
>No Shows: There will be a one night deposit charge.
>Rooms are being held for this wedding until March 05th 2015. Any bookings received after this date will be subject to availability.
