The all-inclusive rates provided are per room per night (in US dollars). Rates include all meals, drinks, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card valid up to the date of departure. Only one credit card will be accepted as a deposit payment for each reservation. Attendees will be charged a one-night deposit at the time of booking. Full payment will charged upon check-in.
Please notify your credit card company/bank when traveling abroad.
For more than two guests in the same room, please change the bed type to two double beds. Room, bed types and views are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
. Cancellations received prior to seven days of arrival will be refunded.
. Cancellations received within seven days of arrival will not be refunded.
. A refund will not apply if the number of guests or nights are reduced while on property (please be sure to make changes seven days prior to arrival at the Resort)
. Each guest is responsible for his or her room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival and the balance of the guest room will be charged at that time. Full payment of individual incidentals will be charged prior to departure and guests may use separate credit cards when checking out, if sharing a room.
. The Resort accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards, traveler checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Rooms are being held for this group until September 3, 2014. Any bookings received after this date are subject to availability.
