RESERVATIONS:

 

  • Rates provided are in US dollars, per room per night, under our All Inclusive basis. Rates include food and beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.
  • For general information about this Resort please visit our website at www.palaceresorts.com.
  • The minimum amount of nights per reservation THREE.
  • Only one credit card will be accepted for payment of each reservation.
  • One night deposit will be charged to guests when making their reservation.
  • The same credit card must be presented at the Front Desk upon check in order to pay the remaining balance; otherwise a different method of payment will be requested.
  • Please notify your Credit Card Company/Banking Institution when traveling abroad.
  • Room, bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, yet subject to availability.
  • Reservations can only be booked through this group link.

    CANCELLATIONS:

     

  • For cancellations received within 45 days to arrival date, a one night penalty will apply.
  • Refunds will not apply when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite.
  • No shows: ONE night penalty will apply.

  •  Transportation Airport-Hotel-Airport is included with a minimum of a 3 nights stay when arriving and departing from and to?Cozumel International Airport.

        Transportation Airport-Pier-Airport is included with a minimum of a 3 nights stay when arriving and departing from?and to Cancun International Airport.

         ***Roundtrip Airport transfers are not included when flying into Cancun International Airport. Palace Resorts will provide round trip transfers from Cancun Int. Airport to the Playa del Carmen Ferry   Terminal.

         Ferry tickets and Transfers to and from Cozumel Ferry terminal to Cozumel Palace Resort are not included.

  • Each guest is responsible for booking their own transfers at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
