New Profile or Changes to Profile

Your profile needs to be approved before your account becomes activated. You can check the status of your pending profile changes by going to the “Profile” section.

Who gets paid

Checks are printed payable to an Agency or to a specific Agent. You can manage this through the “Rules” in your profile at www3.palaceresorts.com/bcm. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PROFILE IS CORRECT. If you have received a check and you need to change the payee, please cross out name on check and write in the name you would like on the check and send check back to:

Requirements to Receive Payment

Your payment may be delayed if you have not fulfilled the requirements. For your bookings and payments to be processed by the system, there are two basic requirements to fulfill:

  1. Your latest W-9 form should be uploaded on to your profile online at www3.palaceresorts.com/bcm

How long does it take to get paid

Due to the success of our program, estimated time to process payments is between 6 to 12 weeks. In the meantime, you can check status of your claims at www3.palaceresorts.com/bcm.
