. Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card valid up to date of departure.
. Only one credit card will be accepted as a deposit payment for each reservation. Attendees will be charged full amount deposit at time of booking. Please notify your credit card company/bank when traveling abroad.
. Cancellations must be received at 7 days prior to arrival or entire stay will be charged.
. A refund will not proceed when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite.
. Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival and balance of guest room charge to be made upon check-in. Full payment of individual guest accounts will be charged prior to departure and guests can pay upon check-out using two credit cards. The Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.
