The rates provided are in US dollars All Inclusive, per room per night. They include all meals, drinks, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.
Only one credit card will be accepted as deposit for each reservation. Attendees will be charged 1 night deposit at time of booking and full payment charged upon check-in. Conference nights only rates: $175USD for one adult. Each additional adult in the room is $75.00 per night and each child ages 13-17 years of age will be $51.00 per night. Hotel will accept two credit cards as payment onsite. Please notify your credit card company/bank when traveling abroad.

For more than two guests in the same room please change the bed type to two double beds. King size bed or 2 double beds will be provided. Room types and views are not a guaranteed, but subject to availability.

- Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival or entire stay will be charge.
Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival and balance of guest room charge to be made upon check-in. Full payment of individual guest accounts will be charged prior to departure and guests can pay upon check-out using two credit cards. The Hotel accepts American Express, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.
