IMPORTANT: Rooms are being held for this wedding until 90 days prior to the wedding date. Any bookings received after this date will be subject to availability.
Please be sure that the group rates you are offered are from your country of residence. All guests must present a valid
passport at check-in and will be required to pay the difference in rates in order to be checked in.
RESERVATIONS
Rates provided are in US dollars, per room per night based on specified occupancy, under our All Inclusive basis. Rates include food and beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

Minimum amount of nights per reservation are 3 nights.
Only one credit card will be accepted for payment of each reservation.
Full stay will be charged to guests when making their reservation.
The payment of the Room and Nights reserved must be completed with no more than 30 days prior to the arrival.
Same credit card must be presented at the Front Desk upon check in; otherwise a different method of payment will be requested
Please notify your Credit Card Company/Banking Institution when traveling abroad
Room, bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, yet subject to availability
Reservations can only be booked through this group reservation link.
CANCELATIONS
Cancelations during the following Blackout dates: December 24th to January 04th every year, Easter April 02 to 09, 2023 and Thanksgiving November 19 to 25, 2023, no charges or fees will apply if canceling their booked rooms with more than 31 days prior to Check In.
If the Room is cancel within 30 days prior to Check In, a 3 nights payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded
Cancelations for the rest of the year except Blackout dates stated  above will apply as follows: If the Room is cancel with more than four days prior to Check In, no charges or fees will apply.
If the Room is cancel within four days prior to Check In, a 1 night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded.
No Shows by any member of the Room reserved, the payment made will not be refunded and the full amount will apply as a cancellation penalty charge.
Early departures are Non-Refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation. If any member of the Room leaves the Resort prior to the date of Check Out, any payment already made, as applicable, will not be reimbursed and will be charged for the totality of the reservation made.
TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation Airport- Resort- Airport. Only apply with a minimum stay of 4 paid nights.
Each guest of the Group will be responsible for booking the transportation service with a minimum of two weeks in advance.

If reservations are not made according to the above there will be no credit or refund, without exception.
