**Terms and conditions

Our all-inclusive rates are in U.S. dollars, per room per night. Rates include food, beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

Payment:

Each attendee will be responsible for securing his/her own reservation.

Only one credit card (either MasterCard, Visa or American Express) will be accepted as payment for each reservation.

Attendees will be charged the full amount of their stay at time of booking through the link.

Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival, with full payment of individual guest accounts made prior to departure. The resort accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort.

Please notify your credit card company/banking institution when traveling abroad.

Bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check-in.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received up to 75 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no reduction damages will be assessed.

· Cancellations received between 74-60 days will be charged 60% of their stay.

· Cancellations received between 59-30 days will be charged 75% of their stay.

· Cancellations received between 29-7 days will be charged 90% of their stay.

· Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 100% of their stay

· No-shows and early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.
