**Terms and conditions

Our all-inclusive rates are in U.S. dollars, per room per night. Rates include food, beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

Payment:

Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa credit card valid up to the date of departure.
Only one credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.
Attendees will be charged their total stay at time of booking.
Pre and post stays are subject to availability and must be paid at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee the security of your transaction and prevent fraud, please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be provided at check-in and the cardholder must also be present. Failure to do so will render any previous payment null and void, and full payment for the reservation will be charged at check-in.
Bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check-in

Cancellations:

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to four (4) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation or modification of travel dates made within three (3) days prior to arrival, as well as any no-show, shall be subject to a penalty equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the guest's stay.
No-show are be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total stay.
