IMPORTANT: Rooms are being held for this wedding until 60 days prior to the wedding date. Any bookings received after this date will be subject to availability.

Please be sure that the group rates you are offered are from your country of residence. All guests must present a valid passport at check-in and will be required to pay the difference in rates in order to be checked in.

RESERVATIONS

Rates provided are in US dollars, per room per night based on specified occupancy, under our All Inclusive basis. Rates include food and beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

Minimum amount of nights per reservation are 3 nights.

Only one credit card will be accepted for payment of each reservation.

One-night deposit will be charged to guests when making their reservation.

Same credit card must be presented at the Front Desk upon check in order to pay the remaining balance; otherwise a different method of payment will be requested

Please notify your Credit Card Company/Banking Institution when traveling abroad

Room, bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, yet subject to availability

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a guest decides to cancel their room booked more than four days prior to Check in, no penalty will apply and the payment made will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made within four days prior to the Check in, the payment made will not be refunded.

Refunds will not apply when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite.

Early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

No shows: ONE-night penalty will apply.

TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation Airport- Resort- Airport. Only apply with a minimum stay of 4 paid nights

Each guest of the Group will be responsible for booking the transportation service with a minimum of two weeks in advance.

If reservations are not made according to the above there will be no credit or refund, without exception.

Arriving and departing from Montego Bay Intl Airport transfers are included when traveling 4 paid nights or more.

Arriving and departing from Kingston Intl Airport transfers are included when traveling 4 paid nights or more.
