**Terms and conditions

Reservations:

Our all-inclusive rates are in U.S. dollars, per room per night. Rates include food, beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

Payment:

Each attendee will be responsible for securing his/her own reservation
Only one credit card (either Master Card or Visa) will be accepted as payment for each reservation.
Attendees will be charged the full amount of their stay at the time of booking.
Pre & post nights are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Attendees must present the same credit card used to pay for the reservation at check-in, otherwise the total charge will be made again and the initial payment will be reimbursed.
Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival, with full payment of individual guest accounts made prior to departure. The resort accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort.
Please notify your credit card company/banking Institution when traveling abroad.
Bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check-in.

Cancellations:

For cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival, no cancellation penalty will apply.
For cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% paid, will apply.
Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. We require the full payment of individual guest accounts prior to departure. The hotel accepts travellers' checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the hotel.
No-shows and early departures are non- refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of the confirmed reservation.
