RESERVATIONS:

Rates provided are in United States Dollars (USD), per room per night, under our All-Inclusive basis.
All-Inclusive rates include food, beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.
Only one credit card will be accepted for payment of each reservation.
A Full stay charge will be incurred at the time of booking.
The same credit card must be presented at the Front Desk upon check-in.

Room types, bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

CANCELLATIONS:

For cancellations made within 46 days before the arrival date, a 90% of the deposit will be incurred as penalty.
For cancellations made less than 45 days before the arrival date, a full stay of the deposit will be incurred as penalty.
Refunds will not be provided when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite.
No shows: a full stay deposit will be applied as penalty.
