RESERVATIONS:

. The rates shown here are in dollars, in All Inclusive Plan, per night, per room. They include food, drinks, taxes and tips. For general information about our Resort, please visit our website www.palaceresorts.com

. Only one credit card will be accepted for the deposit for each reservation.

. 1 night will be charged to the participants as a deposit at the time of booking. In January 2020 a Link will be sent by email to make the payment of the last remaining nights.

. Reservations must be secured with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card, valid until the date of departure and must be presented at the reception upon check-in.

. Please notify your banking institution if you are traveling from another country to Mexico.

. Room types and views are subject to availability. All special requests will be taken into account for the allocation of rooms however they are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

. Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before arrival, otherwise the total stay will be charged as a penalty.
