Rates provided are in US dollars, per room per night, under our All Inclusive basis. Rates include food and beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

Minimum amount of nights per reservation are 3 nights.

Only one credit card will be accepted for payment of each reservation.

One night deposit will be charged to guests when making their reservation.

Same credit card must be presented at the Front Desk upon check in order to pay the remaining balance; otherwise a different method of payment will be requested

Please notify your Credit Card Company/Banking Institution when traveling abroad.

Room, bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, yet subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations received within 45 days to arrival date, a one night penalty will apply.

Refunds will not apply when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite.

No shows: ONE night penalty will apply.

Early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.

 
 
TRANSPORTATION
 

Each guest is responsible for booking their own transfers at least two weeks prior to arrival date.

RESORT CREDIT PROMOTION

Stays of 3 nights will receive up to $500 in resort credits.

Stays of 4 nights will receive up to $750 in resort credits.

Stays of 5-8 nights will receive up to $1500 in resort credits.

Stays of 9-11 nights will receive up to $2000 in resort credits.

Stays of 12 nights or more will receive $2500 in resort credits.

Certain restrictions may apply.

Since 2016, a sixteen percent (16%) charge will be added to any of the Resort Credit Promotion

services and products. This must be paid when making the reservation or acquiring any service or any

product at the Resort, through the authorized payment type at that moment. 
 

OTHERS

Date limit for the rooms to be held for this wedding: Octubre 14th 2018.  Any  bookings received after this date will be subject to availability.
