RESERVATIONS:
-Rates provided are in US dollars, per room per night, under our All Inclusive basis. Rates include food and beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.

-The minimum amount of nights per reservation THREE.
-Only one credit card will be accepted for payment of each reservation.
-One night deposit will be charged to guests when making their reservation.
-The same credit card must be presented at the Front Desk upon check in order to pay the remaining balance; otherwise a different method of payment will be requested.
-Please notify your Credit Card Company/Banking Institution when traveling abroad.
-Room, bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, yet subject to availability.
-Reservations can only be booked through this group link.
CANCELLATIONS:
-For cancellations received within 45 days to arrival date, a one night penalty will apply.
-Refunds will not apply when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite.
-No shows: ONE night penalty will apply.
TRANSPORTATION:
-Transportation is included on the rate.
-Each guest is responsible for booking their own transfers at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
-Transfers may be booked at weddings@trafictours.com.
OTHERS:
-Date limit for the rooms to be held for this wedding: September 19th 2015. Any booking request received after this date will be subject to availability.
